适合中学生的英语演讲

　　My Declaration of Self-Esteem　　I am me.　　In the entire world, there is no one else exactly like me.　　There are people who have some parts like me but no one adds up exactly like me.　　Therefore, everything that comes out of me is authentically mine because I alone choose it.　　I own everything about me—my body, including everything it does;　　my mind, including all my thoughts and ideas;　　my eyes, including the images of all they be-hold;　　my feelings, whatever they might be　　—anger, joy, frustration, love, disappointment, excitement;　　my mouth and all the words that come out of it　　—polite, sweet and rough, correct or incorrect;　　my voice, loud and soft; all my actions, whether they be to others or myself.　　I own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears.　　I own all my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes.　　Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me.　　By so doing, I can love me and be friendly with me in all my parts.　　I can then make it possible for all of me to work in my best interests.　　I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me,　　and other aspects that I do not know.　　But as long as I am friendly and loving to myself,　　I can courageously and hopefully look for the solution of the puzzles and ways to find out more about me.　　However I look and sound, whatever I say and do　　and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is me.　　This is authentic and represents where I am at that moment in time.　　When I review later how I looked and sounded,　　what I said and did, and how I thought and felt,　　some parts may turn out to be unfitting.　　I can discard that which is unfitting and keep that which proved fitting,　　and invent something new for that which I discarded.　　I can see, hear, feel, think, say and do.　　I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive,　　to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me.　　I own me and therefore I can engineer me.　　I am me and I am okay.　　我的成长宣言　　我就是我。　　在整个世界上，没有另外一个人完全像我。有些人的某些方面可能和我很像，但没有哪个人的各部分加起来和我是一样的。因此，基于我的选择，所有因我而生的东西都真真实实地属于我。　　凡一切与我相关的东西都为我所有——我的身体，以及我身体能完成的一切事情；我的思维，包括我所有的想法和主意；我的双眼，和它们捕捉到的所有形象；我的情感，无论它们是什么——生气、快乐、挫折、爱、失望、兴奋；我的嘴和所有它说出的话——礼貌的，甜蜜的和粗暴的，正确地或不正确的；我的声音，大声的和温柔的；我所有的行为，无论它们的对象是他人还是我自己。　　我拥有我的幻想，我的梦想，我的希望和我的恐惧。　　我拥有我所有的胜利与成功，我的失败和错误。　　因为我拥有我所有的一切，所以我能和自己建立亲密关系。然后，我能爱惜我自己，善待自己的方方面面。这样子我才可能呈现出最好的我。　　我知道我的有些方面让我迷惑，还有些方面则是我未知的。但是只要我善待自己关爱自己，我就可以满怀信心和希望，相信总会找到解决困惑的方法和通向自我认识的路径。　　不管我看起来或听起来是怎样的，不管我说些什么做些什么，不管我想什么感觉到什么，无论在哪一刻，我都保持着自我，时刻展现的都是我真实的一面。　　之后当我回顾当初的我的面貌声音，所述所为，所思所感，难免会发现有些方面是做的不甚妥当的。那么我会丢掉不妥之处，保持得体的做法，同时更新我所扬弃的东西。　　我耳聪目明，有情有思，能言会行，拥有在这个社会生存的手段，与人相处的融洽，富有成效，使我周围世界中的人和事合情合理、井然有序。　　我拥有我自己，因而我能掌控自己的未来。　　我就是我，我活的很快乐。　　把分给我吧　　录音我传给你
